The seared Ahi Tuna at Skadi restaurant was epic last night. Served with chanterelle mushrooms and green beans in a ponzi sauce. Paired quite nicely with a bottle of Falanghina... Thanks Peter!

Later, a stop at Whitebark bar for a Blanton's & Canton. A brilliant concoction of Blanton's Bourbon. Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur, lemon juice, and some bitters. (Check out the amazing composition of dropped rocks which makes up the ceiling over the bar.)
